  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Daily Footwear purchase. If your items aren’t quite right, our straightforward returns process makes it easy to find a solution.

Return Guidelines

  • Return Period: 15 days from the date of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, in original condition, and in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Original order number or receipt required
Important Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sandals and slip-on shoes if the original packaging has been opened or the product has been tried on without protective footwear coverings. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of quality and cleanliness for all our customers.

Step-by-Step Return Process

Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions on where to send your return.

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging, include the Return Authorization Number clearly on the package, and ship to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive and inspect your returned item (typically within 5-7 business days after arrival), we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Information

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchange Process
